Buenos Aires has its folk sunday in te long-established "Mataderos fair of Argentinean Crafts and Popular traditions". It offers a wide range of traditionl and native crafts made of silver, wood, knitted fabric, ceramics, among others. You will enjoy a festival of folk dance and music. You wll admire a lot "Gaucho" skill, such as "pato" (national game) and "carrera de sortijas" (racing on horseback where the rider has to try and string ar the end of a spare or lance, a ring that is hanging from a ribbon at a certain height) . at the recova, tempting stand of regional food offer different options as "locro", "tamales", "empanadas", "alfajores", "tortas fritas" and the " Mate". The Mataderos Fair's activities are enjoyable for everybody.
